With river access, resort-style amenities, and a short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and live music, this is the perfect spot for your next getaway.

The Space:

Relax in comfort after a fun-filled day at the river or waterpark. This stylish and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay with family or friends. While the condo does not have a river view, it’s just steps away from private river access and offers a peaceful retreat after a day on the water.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, patio access, ensuite bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub
Bedroom 2: Two queen beds
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with high-quality linens and indoor towels.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner, plus bar seating for 2 and a dining table for 6. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit for your convenience.

Please note: this condo entrance is located on the ground level, but you must walk up a flight of stairs to enter the living quarters on the 2nd floor.

Wristbands & Passes: Must be picked up and returned to our office (less than 2 miles away).
No Pets & No Smoking
No RVs, Trailers, Parties, or Daytime Guests
Primary Renter: Must be 25+ years old and staying at the property.
Identification: Renter’s photo ID and credit card required at check-in or via email.
Rental Agreement: Electronic agreement must be signed prior to arrival.
Security: Outdoor areas (driveways/parking) may be monitored by video cameras per HOA and city rules.
Damage Protection: Includes accidental damage coverage up to $1,500.
