My little 2 bed house and terrace was great. Very comfy and clean, well-equipped and blissfully quiet. The reception area is bit odd though, tucked away on one side, and resembling a municipal leisure centre, rather industrial. Not quite the country club I had imagined. Pool was closed for works, so they offered me another pool down the road but only for 45 mins slot including changing time which wasn't long enough for me. Sauna was a treat; a four seater, often empty. Beach is a 20 minute walk away, via 300 very steep steps on a collapsing cliff face.

Everything you need for a perfect stay with spotless accommodation. Great leisure amenities with lovely pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Onsite bar and restaurant serving excellent food. Staff go out their way to make your stay enjoyable. Cromer town is a short walk or taxi ride away.

We have just returned from a two-night stay, with two mothers and our 11-year-old sons in a 2-bedroom property. The two-bedroom house we were staying in was very comfortable, completely modernised and in excellent condition, well-heated (a huge bonus since it was snowing on this specific weekend), with wonderful beds and everything you could really want. The two bathrooms were beautiful, and the showers were fantastic. The service was terrific, and parking was easy, though be prepared to walk 100-200 meters with your suitcases. The pool area was fabulous, with both a sauna and a steam room, and what was ideal was how warm the whole pool area was. We really loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you so much!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lodge we stayed in was spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted, including an excellent range of kitchen utensils. The onsite facilities were perfect, and we really enjoyed using the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The food in the bar was high quality, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
