CitizenM hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance from the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well designed and perfectly equipped for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet has great selection for a fair price. Highly recommend CitizenM Schiphol.

There’s a walkway from the airport to hotel, so you don’t have to go outside. Staff are friendly and helpful, the lady who helped me could see I was exhausted from travelling and made sure I had a quiet room. The bathroom was equipped with everything even a shower cap, which was great as I only had hand luggage with my essentials. The breakfast buffet had everything.

Perfect location for coming and going through the Amsterdam Centraal Station!

Incredibly small room. Not expecting large but be prepared for small. Fantastic location.

This is a good but perhaps not five star hotel. The staff were great (especially at breakfast, which is a treat). However housekeeping couldn’t clean our room until nearly 4pm on two occasions (having been out from 10am) and the room was more 3-4 star than 5. It’s a good location though and we enjoyed our stay. If it had been rated a 4 star hotel and priced according it would be a score of 4/5. It was too expensive for what it was however.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, while the hotel is clean, well kept, and modern. The location is also really convenient, as the city center was only 3-5 stops away, yet you’re able to breathe a little without being a super crowded space. I’d definitely stay here again.
