Everything was great! The staff, valet parking attendance, and even the breakfast staff were excellent. We loved how spacious and clean the rooms were and will definitely be visiting again. We have no complaints about our visit here.

It’s a good hotel in a good place. The resident part has pretty big rooms as refrigerators and microwaves. It’s right there next to everything in Nashville. It’s kind of cheap. And the staff are really nice.

Parking was $60+valet tip, which is probably pretty common in that area, but was higher than expected and should probably be more clear in the listings. The building was pretty and extremely convenient to walk to Bridgestone Arena. The valet crew and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was relatively large and the real kitchen and sofa were nice to have, but the fridge/freezer made a loud tapping sort of sound all night, that was impossible to ignore or drown out. The overall condition of the room and bathroom could have used some refreshing. The bathroom tile needed mopping better, and where the wallpaper met the baseboard by the shower, there appeared to be black mold. The trash cans all needed liners. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were clean. The staff was nice. I don't think we had an updated room but I did think the bed was comfortable. Huge shower, dishwasher and full size fridge was nice. The TV did not get the promised HBO and we couldn't get Netflix to work, so don't bank on that. The couch will gobble up absolutely everything so take it apart before you leave!
