Beautiful hotel. Good food options with live music available in various parts of the hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. Air conditioning system worked great. TV was great. Our room was cleaned in a timely manner daily but it was noticeable that the hallways weren't. In absence of having a coffee maker in your room, the coffee system on each floor worked surprisingly well. Amazing location in relation to Broadway and there was ample eateries very close by. It can be noisy in your room depending on where you're located. This was not an issue for us and they do supply sound machines.

Marathon weekend!

Great hotel. History preserved but updated rooms! The coffee bar on each floor was life!!! Great location to broadway and marathon start line! Speak easy inside the hotel was super fun to find and the rooftop bar was amazing! Great service! Would absolutely stay again!

My friend and I stayed in a suite on the 9th floor. I booked a suite so we could have two separate sleeping areas. We had to ask twice for bedding for the sofa sleeper. We had to contact the front desk for help getting the sleeper set up. We had to ask for another sound machine since ours didn’t work. The street/ bar noise is so loud we had to sleep with our sound machines on the highest setting and could still hear cars and music! Not sure if there’s a noise issue in all of the rooms or just corner suites. I booked it for its location but didn’t expect to hear the level of street noise that we did. I’ve stayed in a hotel in Times Square which was much quieter.

Excellent hotel

Our room was nice & dark, just the way we like it (room 506). We were overlooking Printer's Alley, which has a few bars & restaurants tucked in, but the hotel had thoughtfully provided a white noise machine that covered any excess noise, so we slept soundly. The staff was friendly & helpful. Lona restaurant was delicious with an attentive wait staff. The rooftop bar was warm & cozy on a cold, wet night. We were attending a concert at Nissan stadium, & we were able to walk over & back. We will stay here again & recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
