Room was spotless, staff was super courteous. Loved the bar and restaurant. Gym had lots of equipment. Within walking distance to other bars. Perfect for a couple getaway or girls trip.

The staff was the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Also, the location was perfect for us to go to Bridgestone arena, Ryman Auditorium, and the Country Music HOF, not to mention it being a 2 block walk to the Broadway entertainment district.

Very clean. Room was very small but we knew that. Better price than many hotels in the area. Two complaints. Shower barely got warm enough to be comfortable. The coffee from the bar was poor and it cost $5.
