Family trip, rented 2 rooms. Staff is extremely rude! I’m a disabled veteran, hard of hearing and when I asked the girls at the front desk, I had to ask her to repeat herself so I could understand and when I repeated it to verify I heard her correctly - she snapped and said “Yes, I already told you that.” I explained my handicap and she rolled her eyes and the other young girl looked at her and smiled.NEVER been so humiliated in front of my family!

Check in at reception was efficient & effortless. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable beds . Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold . 5:30pm snack/appetizer time was a bonus. Plus there was a bar with music. Downtown Nashville is centrally located with a short 5 min walk to Broadway . Excellent location . Would highly recommend.
