Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The light in the bathroom was sent fully attached to the ceiling, and the fridge kept freezing our drinks and food because it got too cold.

Ok value for the money. Price reflects quality of the hotel. Everything was ok for the money. Breakfast...not much fresh. Everything was out of order: the fitness center, public bathrooms....even the pool. While the kids were able to swim, they reported that the pool was as hot as a hot tub and the hot tub was like a warm bath. Area didn't seem super safe.....hotel had super bright parking lot lights all around that were only mostly blocked by window coverings. Mattresses were out of shape. But still worth the very low cost.

Accommodations were acceptable. However, children were allowed to run late into the evening and again at 5 am did not allow for much rest. Numerous calls were made to the front desk, and a personal visit was made to complain. Nothing was done about this inconvenience.

A place to rest for a night

Nice tv in room. Body wash was empty in shower, plug for sink was missing, bathroom light didn't work. Lots of outlets by the bed. Shower pressure good. Light offering for breakfast. Nothing that is going to fill you up. No hot food. Coffee probably med to dark roast. Quite bitter tasting. It was fine as a place to stay on our way but not someplace we would stay for a whole vacation stay.

We stayed at this property last night. It was a terrible experience. First of all we waited almost 30 minutes to get waited on because no one was at the front desk. Then once we found the desk clerk he gave us the wrong room. We finally were given a different room on the second floor and the carpet was dirty and the ceiling was leaking in several places in the hallway and there were buckets lining the hallway. Then the room was filthy. The quilt was stained with something that looked like blood. The towels and blankets looked dingy and the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed. The beds were filthy along the frame where there were spots of stuff on them and hair etc. the bathroom had splattered stuff on the walls and door. We were so late and tired we just stayed but the next morning I told the front desk clerk and she was not friendly.

Between the painters tape holding the back door of the hotel closed to the buckets in the hallway catching water drips from the ceiling to the sticky brown substance all over the floor of the room, this was NOT a clean experience or one I could ever recommend or return to. Luckily we were there from midnight to approximately 6am as a stopover on a road trip and didn’t get to explore anything else the hotel had to offer.

The property was close to the interstate with dining and gas options close by. Shower was hot and appreciate having the soap and shampoo readily available. It did smell old. Property had a very musty odor but it was fine once you got used to it. The breakfast area was cramped and messy. Shade in our room was broken and the chair in a companion's room was broken as well.

Disappointed

The facility was obviously old and poorly kept. Overpriced at $150 night w taces. Carpets in halls and stairwells filthy. Room carpets and bathrooms with No attention to detail. Buckets in hall catching drops of water. Building run down. First room had someone sleeping in it !!! Landscape full of weeds. Cancelled my second night. Noise from freeway so loud couldn’t sleep.

The place was run down and dirty. The air conditioning in my room leaked water all over the room so bad that I had to move stuff from that side of the room, because it was getting wet. They came and mopped it up… There was nothing in the soap dispensers in my shower. Very lower class stay and not worth the money I paid…

There was dirt on the walls in the bathroom and next to the bed. 2 queen size beds and they gave us 2 towels. We were checking in a 3. No pool towels. The jacuzzi in the pool area was lime colored and paint was peeling. Unimpressed
