Half of the bed in our room was soaking wet when we arrived. Called multiple times down to front desk and no one picked up. Went down to discuss when had the opportunity and lines were long. Ended up having to sleep on the couch for two nights.

The room itself was clean but the furniture in the lobby/ breakfast area was all torn up. Valet parking is the only option so add another $50 plus tip to your stay. Location was perfect.

We liked the morning breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. We were there Friday-Monday and our room wasn’t restocked with towels til Sunday afternoon. We also asked for all our rooms to be on the same floor and we were all separated.

Great location

Location is very convenient. Close to all the attractions. Staff was very helpful. Only downside is that there is only Valet parking available. Valet parking is charged to your guest folio. it was $49 a day.

1st time to Nashville and the location of this property is perfect! We were able to walk to everything that we could fit into our short stop over on our drive home. We will definitely be back soon.
