Everything was great until leaving. We had NOT checked out yet. I was using a digital key. Upon returning to room after enjoying the offered breakfast, it said we had departed! It was around 9am we still had plenty of time. My Husband had just entered the room a little bit before and had a regular key so we were able to get our stuff.

While the hotel itself was well kept and staff polite, the shower was very low pressure with barely warm water, no microwave in room, although there was a minifridge. Breakfast the next morning was quite average at best. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns before, such as Chicago, which was head and shoulders above this one. This hotel was good, just not as great as expected.
