Staff was useless. People smoking marijuana and when alerting the staff nothing was done. They told us we could have late check out and then the day of check out they said no we could not and mind you we are Hyatt members. For early check in we had to pay $150. Vegas only charges $50 for early check in. The bartender at the pool was rude and charged us $16 plus tax plus some other fee for something else. Most of their drinks were pre-made. It was a nice hotel but I do not recommend staying there due to their staff and regulations.

Staff was incredible and accommodating. The hotel is in the perfect location as it’s a 5 minute walk to broadway and all the bars/restaurants but also just enough away where you can also get away from the nightlife! Great spot! Will definitely be back to Grand Hyatt Nashville!!

Great place to stay. Convenient to Broadway and other nearby areas like the gulch. Staff always very helpful. Rooftop bar is great and the pool is also very well maintained.
