This place has a great location, but its focus is as a sports centre with a hotel tagged on. Advertised as having a swimming pool, but if you’re imagining a fun cooling dip after a days sightseeing as we were, then you will be disappointed. This is a training pool so you can use it for swimming lengths if you wear a swimming hat. As my kids said, breakfast is mid. Air con didn’t work in our room. We mentioned to reception and they confirmed that it wasn’t working but they wouldn’t be able to fix during our stay. It’s fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again if I came back to Naples…

The property was centrally located. The rooms were “clean” upon first glance. The problems we had were: 1. The room had two floors with the king size bed upstairs. The a/c was not big enough for the space and the upstairs bedroom was hot especially during the day. On the last night we asked for a fan and that helped some. 2. The bathroom was very small with no counter space and shower head was broken so if you turned the water pressure full it would spray the whole bathroom and everything would be drenched. 3. The cleaning service came and only made the beds but not clean. One day we found my son’s kindle under the bed sheets of the made bed. They would also only leave one big towel for a family of 4. 4. The breakfast was fully of pastries, it needed more options. They had cereal but no milk so we would have to ask for milk from the coffee bar and they would give my kids hot milk for their cereal. 5. The pool is really not for the guests. It’s for athletes that come and train there. Overall, I would not stay here again. It was not confortable for my family of 4.

Nice hotel in a great location

Great location to stay in as it’s close to restaurants, shops and places to see. There is a swimming pool but it is only open at certain times during the day as they use it for swimming lessons. The room was big with a huge terrace. The bed could have been a bit bigger than the double bed.

Central location nr Monastery Santa Chiara. Really helpful and cheerful staff. The breakfast was OK but glad we took our own muesli. The swimming pool is really excellent for lap-swimmers, but note that you'll need a rubber hat and the published hours for hotel guests are quite restrictive: 11.00-13.00 and 20.00-22.00 only. Mind you, there didn't seem to be anything or anybody stopping you from swimming at other times. Tis hotel was fantastic value and a pleasant surprise after some of the reviews I've read.

A bit soulless

A strange hotel, it seemed to be a swimming pool, gym and health centre with a hotel tacked on the side as an after thought. Our room was spacious but the air con was a bit hit and miss. We had a lovely large balcony but no furniture on it so it wasn’t useable. The room had so much glazing to keep the temperature down the curtains had to be kept closed. Whilst a good location it was prone to a bit of noise late at night. Naples itself is full of graffiti and litter and the area around the hotel was no different. Breakfast was really poor - one cup of coffee free any extra had to be paid for, food selection wasn’t good either. The guy serving coffee in the morning was friendly but one of the receptionists was very rude and didn’t really want to help us when the air con stopped working. The other receptionists seemed friendly enough. Gym was good. Would probably look to stay elsewhere if returning to Naples but only because it was a bit soulless.
