Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. It’s located close to the train station so there are homeless people everywhere. Naples in general is one of the dirtiest cities I’ve ever seen. Trash and graffiti everywhere. It has a very diverse population so many food options near hotel. Air conditioning did not cool enough for what we would expect in a hotel. Water temperature and pressure constantly varied. If I had to do it again I would have booked someplace close to St. Elmo Castle. That area of Naples is much nicer. Or do Naples as a day trip from Rome.
Very good stay. Location is convinient since it is close to Napoli Centrale and I was traveling wity elderlies via Train but besides seeing the common crazyness of Naples, the Hotel is very good. I only wish tye roff top was better equipped to service people, it has great potential and tge view is outstanding.
So close to the train terminal, this was a great choice for our quick stop to tour Pompeii.
The front desk staff was so great! They were friendly and had so much information to help us navigate.
The bed was so comfortable and the rooftop lounge gave a beautiful panoramic view of the city and Vesuvius.
The only minor complaint was there weren’t enough plugs for us to charge our devices overnight. There were USB’s on the bed frame but they were not working.
Good staff and room fine
But
Noisy plumbing so not a good nights sleep

Naples is dirty, they defame their buildings don’t take care of anything. Don’t obey traffic lights. This hotel is nice but Naples is not worth the trip
Friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok for a short stay. Double glazing on the windows was excellent at keeping out the noise, especially when the party kicked off after Napoli won their last game to secure the championship!
This is a very clean property located conveniently close to the central station. It is a 5 minute walk from the trains, Alibus drop off point from the airport and meeting point for excursions.
The property is no frills, it is kept very clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff polite and helpful.
Breakfast was very good and plentiful although very busy at 7 o’clock on opening, much better if possible to leave for an hour or so after everything has been replenished.
The roof terrace is lovely to watch the traffic chaos below.
The only downside we found was the traffic noise from the roads adjacent to the property especially at the weekend.
All in all, you get what you pay for
The hotel itself is actually quite nice- especially for the price point. The rooms are clean and there is always hotel staff at the front desk who can speak multiple languages! They offer breakfast for approximately 7 euro per person (the typical European continental breakfast). One thing I really appreciated was the selection they had for gluten free. All you had to do it alert one for the staff and they would bring you a selection for packaged gf bread and pastries (and warm gf croissants!!) my one negative note is the area- it’s right by the Naples central station which made travel really convenient, but it definitely is a sketchy area. Granted I am a small female, but I would recommend to always stay with someone in this area:)
Staff really helpful, room was everything we needed, shower pressure wasn’t the greatest and nor was the location it was rough but everything was in walking distance.
We had a good and comfortable 2 nights here. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Bathroom was good. We had the top floor with our own big balcony. Staff at reception were very good!
