Individual house renovated in 1999, nicely decorated, surrounded by vineyards and fields on vineyard. Access road 600 m. Private land, gravel, garden terrace. Nans golf course 300 m. Swimming pool (13 x 7 x 1.4 - 2.2 m, fenced) shared with the owner at 300 m (home owner). Ground floor: living room with fireplace (1/2 yard 30 euros), kitchen, bathroom, wc. First floor: a bedroom a double bed 160 cm, one bedroom with two single beds in 100x200cm. Electric heating (radiators) and wood. Tourist tax €0.80 per day and per person.
