The check in experience was good, but that’s where it ended. We were allocated Room 15, and were unable to stay in the room due to an overwhelming smell of damp, and left. We notified the hotel and heard back from them on the following days, noting they have never had an issue, yet we also found other reviews highlighting damp in the same room. Therefore was dissapointing this hadn’t been resolved.
