Property located in a very industrial area. The website pictures do not give a realistic view of the a rea and vibe. It was ok but not what i thought it was going to be. Beds are very hard.

A very good location for short time vacation. The bus line outside the front gate is excellent as it stops at most tourist places. Shopping and dining become very easy. Their laundry room is very big and provides many machines, very good. The pool is beautiful, but I didn't try it, because the weather was still cool. The beach is walkable even you don't swim in this season. The only complaint is breakfast buffet was very crowded.

Wonderful hotel in the southern region of Okinawa. It is pretty close to Kokusai Street. It is preferable to use any room with ocean view.

The staff at Southern Beach Hotel were friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful, with a lot of variety. Perhaps the only problem was the distance from the main part of town; it was a bit far to comfortably walk; although the beach was in its backyard.
