The bed was incredibly uncomfortable because it was so hard. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank. I can't really speak about the rest of the room's cleanliness because I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. We had a very very bad time. We were supposed to stay two nights but left a day early because we didn't sleep. Even if it was a non-smoking room, I don't think I would stay here again because of the bed.

Staff woke me up !!!

Its all good until the 3rd day the staff woke me up because they knew it was my last day but its not . I was staying there for 5days.. i hope its not gonna happen again .

Value for $. Staff was helpful and friendly. They gave us a smoking room. When we said we needed a non- smoking room, they accommodated. Just remember that the Japanese operate like clockwork. Checkin at 4pm mean 4pm. Breakfast closed at 9:30 and it will close at 9:30 sharp. If you are a minute late .... too bad.

バンテリンドームのライブが終わった後に滞在しました。部屋はとても綺麗でベッドが大きく1人で宿泊して大満足でした。朝のバイキングも無料だったのであまり期待をしていなかったのですが、充分な品数でした。食事のスタッフさん達の接客がとても良くて素敵な朝ご飯タイムを過ごせました。また名古屋に行く時は利用したいホテルです。
