Staying at the Richmond Hotel Nagoya was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, offering truly amazing hospitality that went above and beyond. The room itself was immaculate—sparkling clean and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including plenty of charging ports and a good selection of toiletries. The location is excellent, being so conveniently close to Nagoya Station, which made exploring the city and surrounding areas a breeze. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend the Richmond Hotel Nagoya. It offers exceptional value, comfort, and service that made my stay truly memorable. This property is walkable from Nagoya station and has a lot of restaurants within the area. Very accessible and very clean. The staff are great and amenities are great. They also have a coin laundromat and they have bath amenities as well. Enjoyed our stay so much.

This hotel is just a 5–8 minute walk from the train station, which made it easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a nice high-end Toto toilet, and there was plenty of space under the bed for storing luggage. We also appreciated the wide selection of free personal items in the lobby, along with complimentary drinks like coffee, tea, juice, and water. The only downside was the washer/dryer combo—it takes 120 minutes to complete a cycle, and even then, the clothes came out damp. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with great service and thoughtful extras—just be ready to air dry your laundry.

The condition of the hotel is reasonable and level of services acceptable. The only setback is the distance to and from the station, and the noise of trains passing even late at night and early morning.
