Exceptional stay

Exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff are what makes the place, they couldn't do enough for us and nothing was a hassle. The rooms are amazing and the gardens /playground and leisure centre are fantastic. Stayed one night with my teenage daughter and there was no need to leave the property as there was enough to do.

This hotel is beautiful on the inside as well as the property with lovely garden area. Also ample free parking. Our room was large and comfortable with tub and separate shower and large comfortable chairs. We had snacks in the bistro but missed the tea. If you go book it in advance it looked wonderful. The girl working at the cafe was helpful and sweet. The breakfast was plentiful with hot options . The hotel is easy to find and about an hour to the airport

Staff were all lovely, really friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar in the evening and the food was excellent. The pool was really big, clean and quite warm. Bedroom was very spacious and really well finished. The grounds were wonderful.
