The property is located in a great area. Walking distance to the Boardwalk that we liked. It's a little dated but expected and that didn't cause any unhappiness on our part. This s the second time we stayed here, and we noticed that the lock on the patio door didn't work both times. Doesn't bother us but may bother families with children. Overall, we'll stay again.

Couple retreat

We had a great time even though it rained most of the time. The hot tub, indoor pool, and indoor lazy river made our trip really nice. Hotel room was clean and very comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. The location was perfect. The boardwalk is right behind the hotel and the beach is also right there. There were many restaurants either across the street or within a short walking distance.

Those nasty "hotel" rugs. Why do they all feel moist. Change or hardwood floors. The shower would fill up with water,wasn't draining. You guys need a snake or draino. And the shower head was gross. So was the microwave

The staff were friendly. Property pictures seem more up to date than what you actually see when you get there. The rooms should be updated. Wasn’t bad for a quick get away vacation. However, the property is on the beach and the pool/lazy river was nice.

Arrived at 3:45 and were told to come back in 15 minutes when 4:00 check in time would start. There were no rooms ready? Seriously? Came back 1/2 hour later and were 6th in line to check in. Next day we went through lobby at 1:30 and a couple arrived asking if an early check in was possible and the service person said "no problem".

Fab location. Nice property. Room could do with a bit of tlc, but perfectly acceptable, neverthless. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Would stay again.

The front staff was great.i was very Disappointed this time I got married there last year and things was fantastic.that why I decided to return to celebrate my 1 year anniversary there.but it terrible so I want be returning again. Didn’t feel safe at night

Overall, it was good nice room main problem floors that needed to be cleaned. Carpet turned my socks black Nice swimming pools, kids loved The lazy river and beach tiki bar was great nice drinks with good music. Only problem was at night. Family did not feel safe when parking the car I had a group yelling at me while they were sitting on their car doors hanging out the Windows in front of the hotel. Not sure what the solution is more police presence more security in the parking lot wish there was an answer

The stay was good, folks were friendly. Location was convenient as we visited Myrtle Beach for the first time and wanted to see attractions on the broad walk. Had an issue in the room but they fixed it, luckily the maintenance guy was there till late.Took some time which was a little inconvenient, took close to hour and half to fix and it was midnight by the time the issue was resolved. Which could be just bad luck that we got that room which had an issue. The carpet in the room did seem moist and had a smell, not sure due to being right next to the beach or something else.
