It was very conveniently located (just connected to a train station!) and the room was clean and spacious for the comparables. I also really loved that the direct airport bus services (both Narita and Haneda, but only to the airport) are 1 minute walk from the hotel. That was a huge advantage.

A stay at Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro places you in the heart of Tokyo, a 2-minute drive from Sunshine Aquarium and 7 minutes from Tokyo Dome.
Dated hotel, maybe a 3 star at best. Mold in bathrooms, not very clean. Needs a major update. Did not enjoy our stay, would not book again.

It about cleaned but I would like to say that way they don’t have more strong power vacuum.
