A one night stay. Our room was at the back of the complex. No traffic noise. The room was spacious and the bed reasonable. In desperate need of a make over. Very shabby, particularly the bathroom. The location doesn't allow for walking to any food venues. Would we stay there again ??????

Nice and quiet but in need of some repairs.

I stayed in a room at the rear of the property, which was beautifully quiet. The room was very dated and tired, needing some repairs/refreshment. I had to fix the screw onto the cold water tap over the hand basin in the bathroom and the hot water tap in the shower. The room had a microwave, a toaster and an electric jug but no cutlery or crockery.

Wow what a dump, how about painting the place, fixing the vanity, putting a shower curtain or door on the shower. Overpriced at $150 and I almost forgot the cockroaches. Avoid.

This property is in a very quiet area , close to shopping centres and clubs. The only negative is that the reception area doesn't seem to be manned as regularly as one would like but, overall, I do recommend this motel for anyone wishing to stay in Muswellbrook.

Needs updating

There was hardly anyone around but the room we got had a broken toilet lid so every time you sat down it would bang you on the back. There were supposed to be blockout curtains and for me this is a huge plus but the curtains were not blockout and didn’t even reach the middle so lots of light in the room when you are trying to sleep. People showering at 3am and clanging about so lots of interrupted sleep.

It’s always clean and well kept and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The best part is the shower, best pressure I’ve ever experienced. I would stay just for the shower.

The room was clean & staff were very helpful. The bathroom needs some attention - the toilet didn't flush properly, the shower leaked water across the bathroom floor & we seemed to get a sewer smell several times/

Website states check-in times for each day of the week -(Sunday 8am to 6pm). Arrived 4pm on Sunday to discover office shut. Only a very vaguely worded notice stuck to wall saying that a 1300 number needed to be rung to obtain a code to open the lock box on the wall. Once we figured that out, rang the 1300 number and obtained the code number to open the box to retrieve our keys. Had to enter by a back door and up stairs to our room. No staff anywhere. Room not especially clean either. Certainly won't be staying there again.

Check in was fast and efficient. The room is an older room and does need to be renovated. My toilet was loose and moved around. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the linen and pillows were nice. The resturant had a limited menu, food was good, except, they made you pay after you ordered whoch was really strange.
