Huge privacy issue: staff went into my room without authorization, and the manager Yaman dismissed it instead of addressing it with a bad attitude. Really unprofessional. Reported the Wi-Fi problem multiple times and no one followed up. Only Hassan at the front desk was trying to help in every way he can.

Great location, great room and even better staff! The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the Oman Avenues Mall. The room was very clean and they offer complementary water bottle and tea. Great hotel! Well cleaned and staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to park your car. Just about a 15 minutes drive from the airport. And some good food options nearby. I thought the rooms were spacious and the daily cleaning was up to par. There is no issues with noise or anything like that. The one thing that could be improved-if the fitness center stayed open a little bit later maybe until 11 or midnight but 10 PM is a bit early. Great stay!! would recommend.
