We came to see a concert at turning stone. All the hotels in the area hiked up their prices so why not have privacy, scenery, and quiet for half the cost of a hotel room? Fell in love with this place, it was perfect for a mama taking her oldest out for the night! Plus, what are the chances you’re gonna see Grateful Dead bears in the woods ? Especially when your husband traveled all over in his late teens, early 20’s going to over 50 Grateful Dead shows and we are also Yankees fans? It’s fate! Thank you Josey and Jeeter!!

We had such a nice stay with Josey, Kirk, and Jeter! Super relaxing place to come back to after some very long, hot days of antiquing! We loved how close it was to Madison/Bouckville and Hamilton, yet seemed so secluded! Looking forward to coming back!

This was a slice of heaven. Definitely plan on coming back to this location. Josie, Kirk &Jeter made this stay so fun. Josie shared her sausage bread with us absolutely awesome. Our last morning she made us grass-fed grass finished beef bacon with fresh eggs another totally awesome meal. We will stay there again in a heartbeat!

Amazing place to stay

The hosts are so great. They were so quick to respond to any need, so welcoming and friendly and incredibly helpful. I love that they give you access to the outdoors areas around the property as the cabin is situated in a beautiful and peaceful area. The cabin is clean and cozy. The beds are incredibly comfortable too! Would absolutely stay here again.
