No sleep, night club beats, hot nights...

The Hotel was nice, but the surrounding environment was not the best. Traveled to Munich for a dance competition and thought this would be an okay location with the transportation availability. Air con was limited, room was really warm, so we opened the window which made the club music next door so much louder. First night it calmed down around 2 am, second night everything was louder, more people, and went to 5 am. Not the best environment for kids, weed, beer and language filled the front entrance.. but the security guard was nice. Again nothing against the hotel, very nice, friendly staff. Just the loacation. If you want to party its your spot, but for a good nights rest when you have full days, this may need to be a pass.

It was clean and spacious. Washing machine in the apartment was a real plus! Staff were very helpful. Elevators had a glitch when we were checking out, so I had to climb 10 flights of stars, but that’s a first-world problem. The food in the restaurant was excellent and so was the service. The young man who served us (he was from Egypt…I didn’t get his name) was very kind and professional. Our daughter was not feeling great and we were getting a take-away order for her, and he insisted on taking it to the room for us. Such a kind gesture and definitely above and beyond the normal service from a server in the restaurant. He deserves recognition for being so precessional and kind. Cheviot was easy and we would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived late the front desk said our reservation had been canceled (they blamed us, but a quick check through Expedia showed it was not on our end). They offered to sell us a smaller room at between 400-800 Euro’s more. After much back and forth we finally got the room classification we had paid for. After all the back and forth the room was great and exactly what we had hoped, but the first night front desk fiasco left me with the feeling they were just trying to get extra money from us.

We had a great stay at Adina Hotel. The views were lovely, and the space was thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, taking the time to share recommendations on places to visit and areas to avoid, which we really appreciated. Overall, a nice experience with great service. We’d definitely stay here again!

These hotel apartments had all the accommodations we desired with a wide variety of restaurants and the S-Bahn train is a 6 minute walk from this location. Grocery stores that have most of the items needed are on the other end of the train station, like Lidl's or Aldi's. There is a small market within walking distance of Adina Apartments. The bed was very comfortable but the location is very busy and crowded with people, events, and parties so you won't get much sleep in the comfy bed due to the outside NOISE and the NOISE from the nightclub. Even on Sunday, it was very loud and noisy. I enjoyed the sounds of the lambs, chicken, and rooster. I looked out of the window and saw those farm animals on the rooftop of another building. Children come to that small farm area during school hours. It was nice to see the children happy and excited. The Art throughout the hotel was delightful. My stay was overall positive but I don't think I would stay there in the future because I like my vacations to be quiet and peaceful most of the duration. Thanks to the hotel staff for accommodating me early as I arrived very early. This will definitely be a memorable stay. If you have a partying soul and love loud music until after 10pm most nights, you'll love Adina Apartments. They have a washer in the room, oven with microwave component, a cook top, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and other cooking essentials. The pans need to be upgraded though, a little worn and pot holders needed.

Although the facilities are modern and the location is convenient, the general operation of the hotel left much to be desired, especially considering the high prices during the Bauma. Throughout the stay it was necessary to go to the reception constantly to solve basic issues: the access cards failed repeatedly, the exit to the parking lot was problematic and everything required face-to-face validation, which was impractical. Another very negative point was the lack of cleaning and maintenance of the apartment: the replacement of towels was not carried out or cleaned during the stay, something unacceptable in an establishment of this category. On top of that, there was no running water in the apartment, making it impossible to shower or carry out daily routines — an absolutely unacceptable situation. Added to this is that on the lower floors there are nightclubs from where you can hear music and noise until late hours, which makes it extremely difficult to rest. Too bad, I wouldn’t come back anymore.

Modern, Convenient Hotel with Excellent Service

A newly built high-rise hotel that is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our initial room was next to the rooftop bar, and it was quite noisy. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room away from the bar.
