I could have been warned about the midgies or whatever they are that invaded the room while I was at dinner. I was playing golf early at Black Bull and asked for a later check out so I could clean up before rushing to the airport. Was told that was not an option - no apology or trying to help me out. Given the fortune I paid for the room you could have made more of an effort !

A great place to stay. The rooms are great and the club is excellent. The included breakfast is full cooked at the club bistro. The grassed area by the lake is delightful to walk around or just sit and relax. We loved the military memorabilia in the club and the plane and tanks around the grounds. Will be back!

Would certainly recommend and stay there again. Comfortable Room, Ample TV Channels, Comfortable Bed, Reasonable size bathroom, While it was hot - pool cooled us down, Having cooked breakfast included a bonus. Well worth the cost.
