Mukwonago Hotels with Parking

I just stayed at the Ambassador Chicago the weekend before, so I went in expecting the same 4 star amenities/level of care. The employee behind the desk at check in was lovely. We went up to our room, which was very large, but not modern like the Chicago version. That night we walked home from our concert (1.6 miles from the stadium) and I was thirsty. There were not any restaurants or stores within walking distance open near the hotel at that time except for Taco Bell. We decided to go to the hotel bar. We waited 10 min to be talked to by the bartender. He did not even look at me, just told me I’d have to wait. After a few minutes another employee came to assist us, and it was obvious he was suffering from the flu or another cold because he was coughing on everything. I actually asked him if he was feeling okay because he was visibly sick, and he admitted to being under the weather. We left the bar immediately, unserved and surprised at the lack of service. As we were walking out, we heard another group of people get up, unhappy with not being served. I woke up ready to do my regular workout at the gym. The one treadmill the gym offered was out of order and the one elliptical was filthy. I decided to run outside instead. The attendant behind the podium by the door was very kind and told me the best path to go on. I came back and got coffees from the cafe (again, a lovely employee experience). Overall, our experience was okay, but not a 4 star hotel experience.

I never checked in I requested to cancel due to the severe storms with 70+ mph winds that created a LOT I called Hotels.com before the allowed cancellation date, spent OVER ONE HOUR ON HOLD and gave up Here is the information you asked for, the answer is NO!!! The note below is from the property: Refund Declined ++++ I sent I think sent FOUR emails to BONVOY.PROGERAM@Marriott.com received only ONE REPLY It is spring break with a shortage of hotel rooms it would have been very easy for Marriott to sell that room again a most like a higher rate My opinion: People affect by a mishap, why wouldn't Marriott not have some compassion and understanding that 70+ mph winds that this is not their fault and just cancel your reservation or at least offer a credit for a future stay Clearly, profit com before people at Marriott, Your misfortunes should not be Marriott's problems and cut into their profits SAY NO!!! to HOTELS.COM SAY NO!! Excellent amenities and friendly staff, good prices. The restaurant is great!

The staff was amazing. Thank you Deep for all your help. The location is great and close to everything you’d need. The property needs some updating, but we always have a great time
