I loved this hotel. Super artsy. Beautiful bar. The room was a little more cramped than I envisioned it, after seeing pictures when booking. The staff were super helpful and had great energy. The area is really walkable. Fun place to stay and I will be back.

This was my second visit. I brought my husband with this time. There are so many things within walking to do! We went to turner ballroom for a concert. I went to a nearby museum...we walked the Riverwalk through the park. Markplace opened the day we left so next time. The bar,lounge area very cool too!

Received “upgrade” to King Superior room upon check-in. The room was claustrophobic and dirty. Foot prints in the bathroom and brown spots on the ceiling. The additional seating area in the room was cramped, dark and no window. We asked to be moved to the King room we originally booked. It was much more spacious, seemed to be the same square footage without the added wall for the “sitting area. The walls are very thin and we could hear people in the hallway, in the neighboring rooms, and outside. Would not stay again for the price. The lobby museum area was cool and the hotel is in a great location for Riverwalk and Marcus Performing Arts Center.

I liked the location and the fact they have Art galleries available. Its a decent property as well. The price poont for the quality of service leaves more to be desired. My checl in experience was far less welcoming than normal & I figured it was a new woman so I let it go. But ai couldnt get house keeping when asked either and it was a busy weekend butnit felt unwelcoming. My past experiences at the property were FAR better.
