Feeling ripped off..

Sadly, the TV did not work at all.. The fact I've been charged 180 plus dollars to stay in a room with no TV is just a disgrace! Feel totally ripped off.. Will not recommend staying here, especially in room 405 due to TV not working! The bed -complete discomfort... The only thing I will rate was the shower pressure & the body wash!!! The receptionist was lovely too..

Great stay and friendly service

We normally stay in the city, however we had an event close by and can’t fault the stay. Nice king bed, clean room. We are a little sad we didn’t get to try the food downstairs as they are closed Sunday and Monday.

1st time at HG & we will be back! Staff were awesome recommending local eateries & holding our bags on checkout while out doing final things before leaving. Nothing was too much hassel, room had heaps of space bathroom also. Another hotel nite before was charged the same price & was nothing on this place, definitely value for money

Ok place to stay

I had no problems with this Motel except the key card/readers were troublesome. I had two keys and had to try both multiple times to get them to work in both the lift and the parking gate. I am used to using card readers so it probably wasn’t my actions. The cards looked old and scratched and getting a green light was hit and miss
