For one, I was not notified of a $100 hold during check in. Once I got to the hallway the smell of dog and smoke was overwhelming. The room was very “stuffy” I could barely breathe, the AC was blowing out dry air it was horrible. There was mold in the bathroom. Dead roaches in the bathroom. The toilet barely flushed. There were stains on my bed myself as well as my twin infants could not sleep well. We did not stay the whole duration until check out time, we left very early. Very disappointed

The hallway smelled so horrible and once we walked in and used the bathroom their was an active roach just chyllen around in the bathroom. There are stains all on the blankets. The ac in room is throwing off a smell. The side entrance has food and garbage on the floor.

Our room was clean but had an odor of bug spray. Towels were threadbare, hallways had animal hair all over carpet The A/C worked well. There are absolutely no amenities. Vending machines 1 snack 1 drinks. Drinks machine took my money did not give me my drink. Front desk clerk was kind enough to refund my money. Feral cats roam the property. I think the people that call this home feed them. The free coffee advertised is a machine that I didn’t even attempt to use. This is not a hotel you want to spend time in. Won’t be back.

Room was ok but housekeeping was lax. Hair on shower walls and floors were not very clean. However, the AC was cold and the hotel was reasonably quiet. The hallways had a distinct odor of something unpleasant. The sink was cracked and the hairdryer plug cover was broken off exposing the internal corcuitry. If I had an option, I would not book this again. Bed was clean and pretty comfortable.

I originally came to this hotel just to get away from my stressors and relax with my best friend. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The place was very clean and the only thing that made me upset was the vending machine wouldn’t work. The overall experience will still get a five star review from me as the vending machine has nothing to do with the hotel 100% recommend this hotel.

Went for the convenience of being able to get back onto the Turnpike. Next time I’ll spend the extra dollars and time to get to another hotel. Felt a little shady with people hanging out in front of the doorway, smoking.

The room was ok other than the toilet was broken and would not flush unless I used the garbage can filled with water to flush it! Ridiculous….and she couldn’t move my room because they were sold out. It seems like housekeeping would have noticed a broken toilet! I was very unhappy about this place.

Would not recommend this hotel. I was traveling alone with my pet and was scared of the people hanging at the doorways. I was put on second floor. Garbage everywhere. People running halls. People sitting in hallways on phone. It felt as if this is a residence for people not a hotel. I left as quickly as I could in morning once I could see daylight. I did not bother to shower. Unsafe feeling and terrible sleep.

This was by far the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. When we first entered the room, we took off my 20-month-old granddaughter’s shoes. Within just 20 minutes of walking around in her socks, they were completely black with dirt. The carpet between the beds smelled strongly of urine, and that odor lingered throughout the night. The safety latch on the room door was broken, and the side entrance of the buildings door did not lock, meaning anyone could walk in at any time—a serious safety concern. It seemed that many of the rooms were being used for long-term housing. Groups of residents regularly gathered by the side entrance to smoke, forcing us to walk through clouds of smoke to get inside. Nearly everyone had dogs, and the entire first floor reeked of wet dog—a smell that was overpowering. There were also several cats roaming the parking lot, which added to the unkempt atmosphere. There were bowls and plates of cat food around the building as well. The room looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It was run-down, dusty, and smelled bad. Two other family members stayed in separate rooms and reported the same issues. I’m generally very easygoing, but this place was beyond unacceptable. I couldn’t wait to check out, and I will absolutely never stay here again. If you're considering booking a room here, I strongly urge you to think twice. This is not a clean or safe place to stay.
