Spa is too small and too busy to actually relax and the room was quite small and basic too. It was a pleasant stay for one night but the spa did not give what I wanted

We didn’t check in until 10:30pm. Went to bed appx 12:30pm. The maids were loudly cleaning a room next door to us at 7:30am. Vacuuming clanking glasses etc slamming doors in the hall outside our room. We didn’t sleep at all from noise above us and outside or next to us Room 172. Thin walls. Also the blinds didn’t keep the room dark so there was light pollution which woke us up. There is no individual room temperature control like an ac fan or anything to prevent noise pollution from neighbors upstairs. It felt like we were in a giant bathtub with people clanking around us. We also paid for a garden view room but were not facing any garden. Towels were scratchy.

We had a fabulous time except the last day at the Harry's , dinner was good but the service was not up to the high standards. I have to go to the bar for my drinks and no one paid any attention I felt very offended. Spoiled my evening with my wife a bit . Lovely hotel, excellent restaurant and bar areas. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was noise from the connecting room next door however reception were fantastic and confirmed our neighbours had checked out already and that they would take the room out of service for the second night. We couldn't have asked any more.
