Classic hotel in downtown, clean and nice. This second time I were there, room was ok and bigger than the first one week before, but distribution design of the spaces is not accurate to use. There is an empty space not used, and the entrance is quite narrow and closet doors need be close to open main door. Bathroom it’s ok, but again door is not well design because open to the inside and you need to open max to 90 degrees, move into the corner between lavatory and shower, close the door and then use the bathroom. If the door open otherwise, will be easy to get in. Up to the lavatory is a useful shelf but, if you need to wash your face, you need to avoid that.

I have stayed at this hotel several times because of its perfect location. I know going in that the room will be noisy. The doors to the room open to a balcony which is open to the lobby and restaurant. So expect noises. If you are ok with that then it’s the right price in a great location.

Great location, but disappointing stay The hotel is in a good location, close to many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, my experience was just okay. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was not very welcoming. To make things worse, our room had no working air conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable—we couldn’t even sleep due to the heat. We requested a different room, but were told none were available with functioning air conditioning. What was especially frustrating is that the rest of the hotel appeared to have A/C, just not our room. I strongly recommend the property be more transparent about this and clearly indicate in the amenities if certain rooms do not have air conditioning. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Super cómodo muy limpio. El personal muy amable. El cuarto que nos tocó fue el 210 super tranquilo, no se escucha ningún ruido, sobre todo en la noche. Lo único es que les falta poner una cajonera, ya que no ay ninguna para guardar la ropa
