Starting with my birthday dinner, the service was fantastic but we were very rushed and I hadn't even finished my entrée when the main meals were served. No champagne avail to have with dinner for four ppl. Going to the room, the fridge stank of rotten fish/off fishing bait so we were asked to be moved. The next room was was even worse. There was faeces on the shower floor, it stank of rotten sewerage and mould. My sister work up at 3am experiencing an asthma attack. When we spoke to the Manager, his level of concern or empathy was zero. He could not have cared less. Tried to tell us it was the smell of chemicals!! We have stayed there previously and it was a pleasant stay, won't be returning.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. Crumbs and smears in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The towels had holes in them and needed to be replaced a number of years ago. We were very disappointed with our stay. We do NOT recommend staying in this motel.

The staff and the dining options are excellent. The rooms are comfortable and the a/c drowns out any local noise such as neighbours and passing trucks. I would like to see security doors on every room as an added measure. I will stay again.
