ONLY STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO ENCOUNTER RODENTS AS SOON AS YOU ENTER YOUR ROOM. I HAD TO CHECK INTO ANOTHER PROPERTY AND PAY CONSIDERABLY MORE FOR A LAST MINUTE RESERVATION JUST TO GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. FOR THE PAST MONTH THEY'VE BEEN ASSURING ME I'LL GET A REFUND FOR MY STAY AND IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT LIES AS THERE HAS BEEN NO REFUND. I FINALLY CALLED AND THEY BEST THEY CAN OFFER IS A CREDIT TO STAY ANOTHER NIGHT. LIKE I WOULD SUBJECT MY FAMILY TO ANOTHER STAY HERE, EVEN FOR FREE!

Like: roomy, functional and very clean. Needs improvements: 1) could not get the temperature in the room cold enough for a good sleep (ok, this is during a heat wave) 2) could you not have HOT & COLD on your water taps?? In summer, it is not obvious and a lot of wasted water to find out.

There was a good 7-11 type store, good coffee shops and great restaurants (Szechuan was awesome). Walkable to the riverfront. Bed was very comfortable and A/C was excellent. Good housekeeping (very clean)

Beautiful, practical apartment with all necessary amenities. Fantastic location. Close to old Montreal: the Place d’Armes, Notre Dame Cathedral, rue St Paul… all just minutes away on foot. Super close to the metro, the underground city and the train station. Grocery stores and restaurants all nearby. A perfect spot from which to explore and enjoy Montreal!

The room was super nice and clean. Very well equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools and essentials. We are a family of four and were very comfortable staying here. The location was also perfect for walking around old Montreal and downtown.

Great room. Lots of people staying there - always running into people at entry and elevator. So, I was surprised when our room was quiet. We never heard footsteps above, tv, talking, banging, anything! Would 100% stay here again

LOVED this place!

Well, it was difficult for the Uber driver to find at midnight the night we arrived. Be SURE to let your transport know you are in the Old Town near the Basilica or you will end up in a scary locale! Same address, other end of a long road!! LOVED the location, loved the space! Could have stayed weeks, happily. Well stocked, very clean. Do not be put off by no front desk, you will not need it. The Extra Essentials cabinet worked well for additional supplies if needed. Everyone we met in the hotel seemed very pleased, as were we.

I would say this was a great amount of space and features such as a washer, dryer and kitchenette at a great price in a great location. It certainly isn’t posh, or decorated or anything, but everything was in good condition and clean. Perfect for our needs.

Great location. Near metro and walking to many sites in Old Montreal. Clean well equipped comfortable furniture Came with earplugs for two and we had on and off distant music on and off everyday. Think a health club plays music next door Not the restaurant downstairs and
