Upon first glance, the room was lovely. It was recently renovated, with new wood laminate flooring, and looked clean and fresh. It was a little warm in the room, so I turned the AC on for just a few minutes before heading back out. When I returned, I turned the AC back on and then discovered a large puddle on the floor. The AC was turned off again, and I let reception know that clearly the AC was leaking. Reception mopped up the puddle of water, but I guess it had been leaking over the course of many stays, as I found the flooring had water underneath it. Every time I stepped on floorboards, water bubbled up. I spoke with reception again, who indicated they were fully booked, so they could not give me another room. (This website told me there were at least 8 rooms available.) I was given a towel to put on the floor, but that’s it. Upon checking out, I let the new person (owner/manager?) know about the issue, and was told that they know about the issue, but will have to wait to fix it until they have more money. No real apology, no discount, nothing. I hope that the next people staying in that room don’t end up with wet feet like me!

Kind of run down facility. Needs upgraded. Clean room & pleasant helpful staff. When asked if they had an ice machine, she said they have ice in the office. She pulled an ice cube tray out of the office fridge & filled my cup!! :)

Clean rooms and polite, helpful staff.

The room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, we were even given the option for a later checkout. I highly recommend.

The bathtub had jets, they asked if we needed our rooms cleaned and i said no but theyd drop off towels which was nice, they were bilingual and helped with giving us directions and the best ways to get around.
