The staff, from the check in clerks, to the valet/concierge, to the breakfast and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate, and I had the best sleep I’ve had in ages! Will definitely return next time we go to Montreal.

The lofty ceilings and well-equipped kitchens make this location a must for families. It really feels like a home while visiting Montreal as a tourist. I will most certainly return to this hotel in the near future.

This is a charming hidden gem! Love the location and it's perfectly central for access to transit, downtown and the old port. Very clean and breakfast although limited is an added bonus. Staff are very helpful. We needed a small cot and they were quick to bring and set one up in our room which was wonderful (basically a small bed - our toddler was thrilled and it was high quality). Highly recommend and this will be my go to location from now on for trips to Montreal!
