Staff is friendly enough, room are cleaned ( did have a stain on a sheet but they send someone with fresh one), parking is reasonably priced. However I would of like to know that the pool and spa closed early and open late for the holidays. I rented the room at this hotel just so the kids can spend the evening at the pool but it close at 18h00.

The room was nice although no one came by to ever clean it during our stay. Parking was steep at $45/night and you couldn’t get a smile out of any of the staff there. Pool closed unexpectedly early all week but that wasn’t indicated anywhere on the website. On the plus side there was a Starbucks on site.

We have stayed here a number of times. It’s within walking distance to the rink, many restaurants and pubs. Front desk and lobby restaurant/bar staff are friendly and helpful. Elevator is incredibly fast - important when 100’s descend on the hotel after a game. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were on the 29th floor- great city view but still somewhat noisy with traffic, sirens etc. We hit a really windy night. The window rattled in the night. The fan was also loud. We don’t use the pool or fitness area but both are very nice. A good place to stay
