If I return to Montreal, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The art and movie posters throughout the hotel made it feel like you were staying in a modern art museum.

The LHotel is in a great location, 5 min walk to Notre Dame and St Paul street in Old Montreal. Coffee and Croissants were a nice touch for continental breakfast. The only issue is our room was warm and stuffy. I wish we could have adjust the AC or had a window that could open a few cm for fresh air.

The staff were wonderful , unfortunately there were stairs and I had back surgery and was using a cane and my sister was in a walker . So it was difficult to go up and down the stairs . We would have loved to stay , it’s quaint , original and you couldn’t ask for a better location . I’m Just sorry for the stairs that hampered us from staying .i don’t don’t know why it never occurred to me to check , but a friend of our stayed there and loved it and it was highly recommended . Hopefully we will be able to come back in better health conditions . Thank you for the staff being so attentive. And the young man whom helped us with the suitcases . Helped with the suitcases was so very nice .
