Toilet was broken the first night and shower tap broken the last day. My kids had gone swimming and had to go without a shower for a whole day because only steaming hot water came out. They developed rashes on their bodies. I give two stars for the staff who are very kind and tried hard to help, but the building is extremely old and needs upgrade.

This was a nice place to stay, the overall experience was good. Restaurants, grocery and a few bar are nearby. We used the parking lot and unfortunately I had an issue with my car, it wouldn't start. The hotel staff went out of their way to get me a jump, help me get out and on my way. Great location near the college and transportation as well

Overall good hotel, the breakfast is great, the pool is warm. I didn't love that the windows were mounted opened for ac units which lead to cold rooms and loud streets at night, the room was also kinda dusty but overall not bad. Did have an issue with the door being left open to my room but it wasnt a reoccurring problem. Big bonus is it is near many hreat food places, shopping malls, and entertainment. Overall would recommend.

2 bedroom suite was as big as my condo...home away from home was great. Very clean updated floor in kitchen only thing that obviously stood out was the carpet very out of date along with wall paper but being that the place was spotless it wasn't a real concern. And because it had full kitchen and dining room it came with plates utensils glasses microwave toaster basically full kitchen to do your own cooking but when on holiday and so many restaurants i imagine not used to often.Breakfast was good for continental... coffee was really good. Even has hot chocolate machine. Overall great stay

L'Appartement Hotel is a good choice especially if you are travelling with your kids or friends and want to enjoy home-cooked food as they have a suite with complete cooking appliances and a dining table, sofa and a balcony. The staff is very accommodating. We arrived early morning from a bus ride from Toronto. They offered the swimming pool/shower room for us to freshen-up and at around 10am, we managed to have early check-in. We didn't managed to see the whole breakfast set they offered because we over-slept. still able to eat fruits, cereals, bagels, ham and eggs. The staff allowed us to have our breakfast even if it was after 9:30am, just reminded us to be in before 930 the following day. Overall, it made our stay in Montreal a memorable one. Thanks to all the staff.

Loved that it was like a little mini apparent. Lots of room and great complimentary breakfast! Parking was not to bad across the street, just some difficulties getting a ticket printout from the garage.

This is a fantastic central location and particularly if you have a McGill student. The room was spacious and had great amenities--kitchen stuff, etc. Overnight parking was a few blocks away but easy enough to utilize.

Staff are friendly, the room was clean. The continental breakfast is OK. One thing I noticed that towels in the room were rough. If you have a sensitive skin, you'd better bring your own towels.
