TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The hotel is under construction which they failed to let people know. I was taken to a room that had cobweb and bugs. I feared for my safety. I refused that room and then was given a room just renovated which was good. I was afraid to eat at the restaurant because of the condition. The building is clearly not ready for occupancy, yet they are taking in people and some treated worse than some. I understand the financial situation of these folks and they need to make money while renovation is going on, but at least they should let customers know and the price should not be $300+ which I had to pay. The advertisement pictures is utterly deceiving. Hotels.com need to ensure that these types of situation does not occur if they want to maintain their clients.

ROOMS ARE A GOOD SIZE AND BED WAS COMFORTABLE. ALTHOUGH CLEANING APPEARED TO BE DONE OUR SHOWER WAS NEVER CLEANED (HAIR STILL IN SHOWER, EVEN AFTER 4 NIGHTS). FREE COFFEE AND IT WAS QUITE GOOD, BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS A BIT PRICY CONSIDERING IT CAME FROM A "BOX". DIDN'T USE THE POOL AREA SO NO COMMENT. ON CHECK OUT DAY WE WERE ROUSED BY THE CLEANING STAFF HAVING AN ALL OUT SHOUTING MATCH, 4 OF THEM. NOT IMPRESSED.

Double charged the deposit. One was refunded, the other is still on my credit card. Have called the manager, left messages. Called accounting multiple times and left messages. All to which, NO ONE has yet to call me back. I travel every 2 weeks, will not be returning here.

Our room was adjoining the pool area and people were out there making lots of noise until past midnight. And someone set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. The building itself needs updating.

The rooms were freshly renovated, ac’s worked, friendly staff. However, the hallways were dirty and often had garbage in them, found chewed gum stuck to a railing just before we left. It was very hot when we visited resulting in the pool room/“restaurant”/ activities area/ meetup room stinking pretty bad. They do charge you for pretty much everything, I feel like $4 for a single beverage out of a vending machine is a little much. Didn’t bother to eat at said hotel since they wanted to charge $20+ just for breakfast. Biggest peeve was how slow the wifi was and how terrible my cell reception was. It peaks at about 2mpbs maximum. I brought it up to the staff and they had me move rooms… not even a few feet away. It was worse than the first room. If you need wifi for work and important things, I suggest looking elsewhere. Having over 150 people on the same network tends to throttle 200mbps speed heavily. (As said on a website regarding the hotel.) Unfortunately Ive stayed at better for way less.. we ended up paying over $1500 for our stay.

I stayed one night at the Radisson Montreal Airport for a short layover. My flight arrived late at night and I had an early morning departure. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist, Terrt, was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — ideal for a short rest. One suggestion for improvement: the signage from the reception to the rooms (and vice versa) could be clearer, especially given the large size of the hotel. Overall, a good and convenient stay for transit passengers

Room assigned was not made up. Second room had garbage left. Rooms are very dark - seem to be missing lights. Hotel is under renovation and the price did not reflect the inconvenience. It is located in an industrial area with few facilities close by.
