We loved staying here! The lobby is gorgeous. Staff were consistently kind and helpful. The loft suite was gorgeous. The gym better than expected. Walkable to old port area as well as shopping and dining. Highly recommended!

In the heart of downtown lies this luxurious and modern hotel. Warwick Le Crystal offered spacious accommodations, clean rooms, and great service. We enjoyed Siam, the bustling on-site restaurant with delicious mango salad. Staff offered kindness and helpful advice. We would love to stay here again.

Awesome hotel, even got upgraded room! But the restaurant was not able to serve us the night we got there ! No tables available. Even for breakfast the next morning the restaurant had tables available but so under staffed that we waited forever to get our food and even to get coffee. We went into the lobby to get some coffee to wait for the one we ordered in the restaurant!

Large room in downtown Montreal

Generous room with kitchenette and plenty of space for luggage. Staff friendly and helpful although disappointed when room hadn’t been made up when we returned to hotel at 4:30pm. Maid knocked at 4:45 to make up room. Hotel is a 30 min walk to the Old Montreal area. Attached Siam restaurant very good for Thai food.
