We picked this place specifically because cause it stated they had on site self parking, or valet. We got there to only valet service available, away from site (which is fine), but we had to pick up the car ourselves the next morning. So we paid full price for half a service - the valet person was very sweet tho and very friendly. Rooms are poorly insulated, we could clearly hear people talk and scream from the street until 2am and we were on the 6th floor. We were given 2 face cloths and two towels only for 3 people. However, the room was very clean and the location was somewhat convenient. The pictures were definitely making the place look better than it is. Would NOT recommend with a baby/young kid.

Hotel was satisfactory. Good location downtown, and room was clean and a decent size. Building overall had a sense of sadness. Breakfast was a selection of prepackaged white flour and sugar offerings with some bruised bananas and dented apples for garnish, served ina windowless box on paper plates. Saddest gym I’ve ever seen (like, why bother have a “gym” if you barely have space for a bike and treadmill side by side?). All that said, if you don’t care about amenities, it was clean and the bed was comfortable and the location was great.

Great area of the city to stay in. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and roomie! My only complaint was the price of "valet" parking. Parked in another hotel, had to drive the car ourselves, too far away and FAR too expensive. Lower the fees for parking!

Very poor condition of paint, walls and carpets. In desperate need of an overall. Terrible room conditions with peeling paint and old dirty carpets. Holes in walls. Staff great in moving us to other room which was slightly better.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms could use an upgrade as they are quite dated. The location is excellent and close to everything you could ever need downtown Montréal. The beds were comfy and had a nice balcony overlooking Crescent street. The noise from the construction across the street was as to be expected and I'm an early riser, so no real concern. Obviously the construction will be finished at some point and is to be expected in a city. The staff were friendly and I would definitely stay here again, the price point is excellent. I never got a chance to try the breakfast included as I dont eat that early, but its a nice gesture 👌
