We had a perfect stay! Amazing location, fantastic views and exceptional communication. Louis-Phillippe gave us recommendations for dinner (there are many choices within walking distance) and was very responsive to questions we had before arrival. There was a lovely receptionist there to greet us upon arrival and give us the information for getting in and out of room and the building after hours. We took a beautiful tree lined walk to La Grande Roue de Montreal which felt like a quaint street out of Paris, and of course everything in the Old City is easy to walk to. Fabulous stay and we look forward to going back!

Wonderful place

I came across this hotel accidentally but was very happy with the decision to stay at the hotel. The hotel is right across the street from the port. Beautiful views. There was a receptionist at the lobby when we arrived. She was very friendly, helpful and informative. She was a very pleasant surprise since we were not expecting anyone. We stayed on the 4th floor - there are no elevators but the walk up and down was fine for us. I would recommend staying in the first or second floor if stairs are a little difficult for you. The room was clean and nicely decorated. They also had daily room service which was great since I was not expecting it. Both my husband and I felt that we found a gem in this hotel. I have already recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Great location, very clean, excellent communication with the host. There are stairs, which we knew about, but fortunately there is a dumb waiter to look after the luggage. We highly recommend the Arcadia.
