My tv was glitching the whole time and wifi did not work our entire stay tv’s are supper outdated only good thing about our stay was the customer service from the gentleman that helped us check in he was supper helpful

Expected a MUCH better room for the money. The heat/air conditioning didn't work. Were told someone would come to check it. Nobody came so we switched rooms. Heat/air conditioning didn't work in second room either, beds made noise every time someone moved, towel hooks were broken off wall. Continental breakfast was decent, eating area was very nice. Front desk said a big renovation was in the future. I wouldn't stay there until after that has been done. Very disappointed. Not up to the standards I expected from Holiday Inn

its close to monterey & carmel. it wasnt too expensive compared to the other hotels near by. its a decent hotel if you want something nice but wont break your pocket.

2-night get away

It was a nice 2 night stay. A few things…elevator is quite slow; there are stains in the rug near the left side of the bed; we were on the pool side & can hear everything because of the gap under the door. However, the front desk clerk on 6/21 was very welcoming & pleasant & the two different ladies working the breakfast on Sat 6/22 & Sun 6/23 were on top of their game, ensuring everything was replenished in a timely manner. The biscuits & gravy was a delicious treat as well. Great team of workers, they are a plus to your organization.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn! The room was super clean, comfortable, and felt updated—not old or worn like some places. The location was super convenient, and we loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub after long days of exploring. Breakfast was a nice bonus—tasty and easy before heading out. Would definitely stay here again!
