I recently stayed at this resort with my partner. It was our first time in Jamaica and he had heard really good things about it. Since the minute we got to the resort we are shocked by the lack of costumer service people working at this resort had. Every single worker expect for one lady at the front desk were beyond rude. No one greets you, everyone seems annoyed to be there and they make sure to let you know that. We had a situation where one of the taxi drivers from the hotel got our number Becuase he was going to send us activities we could do for me and my partner. We told them we were there for our anniversary and he got my number down, he then proceeds to texts me if I wanted to go out which I told him no that we were just interested on excursion. He then sends a picture of a night club ladies free. I didn’t reply, he then starts calling my phone at 12am not one but twice and texts me “u going out?”. I talked to a manager about this situation next morning because we felt extremely uncomfortable and since he said he works for the resort we felt like we were going to see him again and we just weren’t comfortable with that hapeoend. They made me speak with a loss prevention manager who was so rude, while I was explaining the situation he was just scrolling on his phone. They made me write what happened and told me they needed to “investigate” never once asked to see my phone for proof or anything. Nothing was ever done Becuase of it and they weren’t apologetic at all.
