Had a three night stay there. On the day that we arrived there was no hot water, and we didn’t get hot water until the morning that we left. That situation hung over like a black cloud and kind of ruined the vacation, but I have to say that staff was incredible. If not for the hot water situation, my rating would have been a five star. Also they did not offer any compensation for the aggravation. Very annoyed by that also.

I had a good stay at this resort. Food was good and the hotel property on the outside was well kept. Housekeeping was provided daily. However the room felt clammy with the temperature as well as I found hairs in the bathroom area even after the cleaning services were provided. The hotel could use an upgrade as my shower head, shower handles hand debris on it and the water pressure wasn’t that great for the shower. There was also a rusted nail exposed on the shower handle. There was a tub in the bathroom but I noticed the debris on the shower handle and slight discoloration in the tub. The couches in the room were stained likely from previous guests. The staff was very nice and hospitable. Spa services were very pricey.

I absolutely loved this property. Beautiful views, friendly staff, good entertainment, comfy beds and delicious food! Some of the best resort food I’ve ever had. I celebrated my 30th birthday here and I will definitely return. The perfect resort for a turn up, relaxation or celebration.
