Had a great vacation at one of my favourite resort. Very clean property, food was very good snd staff very friendly and helpful especially Jermaine and Oshane from Fresh buffet. They boast one of the best jerk hut with professional and friendly staff. I will certainly be going back

The property recently was purchased by Hyatt. Needs a little upgrading. Only had one wlevator working all week but it was fixed on my last day. We lost power for about 15 min one night. But overall the property has a lot to offer. Foid was good. Dtinks were good. They had entertainment every night. Once the new owners put thier spin on it it will be 4 stars

The property is under renovation a lot noise unorganized. When under new management that’s what some people say. I would never look at a resort this under renovation too much noise. Had to wait in line to check in when I got there at least a hour and a half commute. Computers wasn’t working right they was using paper never again.

Great food (except the jerk hut was more “tourist jerk” than real), great entertainment, lovely pool areas and spa. The Rum Factory restaurant and served Julia deserve a special recognition. Awesome experience there. The main areas are well kept. The rooms are very clean but need some updating. I have been staying at this hotel for years and will continue to do so

Amazed 1 elevator was out for 3 days which caused long waits; as I was on the 7th floor. It was amazing that with all the great facilities the one topic of everyone’s vacation was the elevator not working and no sense of urgency to get it fixed.

Service with the server is very slow I had to ask three times for coffee on our table the first day and the same few days after. I don’t think it is safe one night while we were sound asleep it seems someone bang on our door real lound my daughter woke up to look thru the peephole and saw no one it was late it seems they were drunk.

The hotel just had a management change 3 days before my stay. I was not aware so obviously there were some glitches. However Overall I had a great time. The food was amazing, the lazy river was excellent and the swim up bar. The ocean with the breeze was everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again especially when the new management team get settled. Thank you!

I booked June 4th and when we arrived we learned it had changed management it’s no longer Hilton it’s now Dream. Arrived early 3:30 check in was supposed to be 4pm we didn’t get our room until 6. It was family friendly. The food was Delicious, the staff fantastic. It was my anniversary and My Husband’s birthday together and Darien out done himself with the decorations What a terrific party . Kimone Scott Reid is a fantastic server. She goes over and beyond for her guest.
