Overall: great amenities, proximity to ski slopes excellent (boasts of being ski-in/ski-out, but that’s a stretch), nice people at front desk. However, our 22-yo had a medical emergency - needed inhaler - and Ubers are harmed to come by. The cab driver called by the front desk, Mikel, was over an hour later than the promised time and charged us $350 (!) for a trip into town, which took 15 mins each way and a 20 min wait while our 22-yo was seen. We felt really taken advantage of. When I complained to front desk lady who recommended him, Mikel later claimed he “made a mistake” and returned $100. Do NOT use Mikel (cab driver) even if recommended by front desk.

Very nice and courteous staff. Clean room. Outdoor hot tub could use a cleaning. Second floor drink vending machine was not refilled in the 4 days that I was there. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay, Central to the village and the hill. Very convenient. Will definitely be back.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The hotel was only a 2-3 minute walk to the lifts and indoor heated parking garage on site was a definite plus.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The location as great and it was very easy to get around the village. The rooms were generous in size and amenities, but the cleanliness was just “ok” as the room could have used a deeper clean between guests.
