Lovely overnight stay.

Lovely overnight stay. Fantastic location a few minutes walk into the centre of Chester. Staff very friendly and room spacious and clean. Spa/pool facilities were busy but very good. Breakfast was plentiful and in a very nice dinning room with the view of the canal.

Mill hotel Chester

Hotel was in a good location, about 10 mins walk from city centre, parking was available at £12 per night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, the breakfast was very good, our room was spacious, comfortable but ready for a makeover. I would stay here again, we really enjoyed our stay in Chester

Generally nice stay

We have a good stay. No issues however have stayed in other hotels in Chester that were cheaper and had better decor and more facilities. Hotel is basic but of a good standard. Balcony room but no fridge. Some areas could do with a paint / upgrade.

Guest relations was poor. Not once were we asked if the accommodation or breakfast was ok in the 3 days. Not very welcoming, robotic and impersonal. Breakfast wasn't good, items rarely replenished and cold, despite booking at different times. Shower cubicle was small and showerhead wasn't very good. Found rubbish from previous guests. Internet was very poor, less than 0.5mbps. Disappointed with standard of hotel. Although location on the canal was fantastic
