The staff were all super hospitable and friendly. The room size and balcony's that we had were great. The breakfast vouchers didn't always cover the cost of breakfast but the food was great.

We expected something a bit different and enjoyable given the reviews. However, the hotel was even better than we expected in every sense. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was great with bags of space, comfy bed and good kitchen facilities. Breakfast offered a good choice (especially as I'm coeliac so need gluten free). Facilities included guest laundry, which we needed after 4 days hiking, pool and hot tub, with really nice towels and water provided. The barista in the coffee shop clearly loves coffee and the cappuccinos were amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - stay here if you ever visit Moab!

Very bad experience. Upon arrival the room was not completely serviced, 3 pillows without covers, nor fuñly clean. The safe did not open, the bed was soft not by design but extensive use.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in Moab exploring The Arches. Had no idea how much there was to do in the area. We had a King Suite and the extra space with 2 outdoor areas on the 2nd floor was amazing. After 2 long days hiking we appreciated the pool and hot tub on the 70 plus degree days. Our room included breakfast. The only complaint would be that the amount given did not cover a drink and choice of food. Minor but annoying. Given the space and proximity to all the restaurants we would definitely come back and hope too! Devil's Garden trail was a highlight!
